  • 4 pcs
  • MAGNOLIA CAGE-FREE BROWN EGGS
  • 2 pcs
  • MONTEREY RIBEYE STEAKS (about 200g per steak)
  • 1/2 cup
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
  • 1 tbsp
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
  • 1/8 cup
  • MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, softened
  • 3 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp
  • Sugar
  • a pinch
  • Salt
  • a pinch
  • Pepper

How to make it

Step 1

In a bowl, combine steaks, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the chiller.

Step 2

In a nonstick pan, add oil over medium heat. Fry Magnolia Cage-Free Brown Eggs one at a time so as not to be deformed. To achieve sunny side-up eggs, first crack eggs in a small bowl then gently place into the pan. Set aside

Step 3

In a separate grill pan, add the butter and oil and grill steaks over high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook the beef as it will become tough. Serve steaks together with sunny side-up eggs and fried potato wedges.
