Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup
  • DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
  • 1/2 cup
  • Onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup
  • Red and Green Bell Peppers, cubed
  • 1 can (210g)
  • PUREFOODS CHORIZO BILBAO STYLE
  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY PORK KASIM (shoulder), adobo/menudo cut
  • 4 cups
  • Water
  • 1 can (230g)
  • PUREFOODS VIENNA SAUSAGE, cut into 3
  • 1 cup
  • Potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup
  • Carrots, cubed
  • 1/2 cup
  • MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, cubed

How to make it

Step 1

Melt margarine in saucepan. Sauté onions and garlic for one minute or until translucent. Add bell peppers, chorizo and pork. Cook until pork changes in color.

Step 2

Pour water and stock of Vienna sausage. Bring to a boil. Simmer and keep covered until meat is tender or for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add potatoes and carrots. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until veggies are tender. Stir in Vienna sausage. Simmer for a minute and add cheese. Cook until cheese has melted.
