Meat Patties with Beancurd

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY GROUND BEEF
  • 1 cup
  • Bean curd (tofu), mashed
  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY GROUND PORK
  • 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp
  • Chopped spring onions
  • 1 cup
  • Chopped white onions
  • 2 tsp
  • Iodized fine salt
  • 1 tbsp p
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp
  • Sugar
  • 1/8 cup
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
  • 1/8 cup
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 cup
  • MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

How to make it

Step 1

Combine first 11 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fry a small piece and taste.

Step 2

Adjust seasoning if necessary. Shape into small, round patties about 4-5 inches in diameter. Place on a sheet pan and refrigerate until needed.

Step 3

In a skillet, heat oil. Dredge patties in flour, tapping off excess. Fry, turning once, until browned on both sides.
