Lemon Garlic Lamb Kebab

Make sure you have enough of these delicious, delightful kebabs. They’re super good!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY LAMB CUBES
  • 8 pcs
  • Thin lemon wedges
  • 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 cloves
  • Garlic, minced
  • Iodized rock salt and pepper to taste

How to make it

Step 1

Prepare grill. Assemble in a metal or wooden skewer 5 lamb.

Step 2

Cubes with 2 lemon wedges each.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice and garlic. Pour marinade over skewers; turn to coat and let stand for at least 5 minutes.Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Lightly oil grill, then place skewers, cover with foil and cook.

Step 5

Turn skewers occasionally, until grill marks are visible and meat is cooked to desired doneness.
