Lamb Chops with Herbed Butter

The smell of herbs and extra virgin olive oil is enough to whet one's appetite.

    2 People

Ingredients

  • 2 (200g) pcs
  • MONTEREY LAMB CHOPS, 3/4" thick
  • 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
  • Herbed Butter :
  • 1 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp
  • Chopped basic
  • 1 tsp
  • Pepper

How to make it

Step 1

Rub lamb chops with rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Cook lamb chops in a pre-heated grill pan according to your desired doneness. 
 Rare: cook 2 minutes/side Medium: 3 minutes/side Well-Done: 4 minutes/side.

Step 3

Mix herbed butter ingredients in a bowl. Form into a log and chill until ready to use.

Step 4

Serve with lamb chops.
