Lamb Chops Ala Romano

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY LAMB CHOPS, pounded iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup
  • MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE, grated
  • 1 cup
  • Japanese bread crumbs
  • 2 pcs
  • MAGNOLIA CAGE-FREE BROWN EGGS, slightly beaten
  • 1 head
  • Lettuce, blanched
  • 2 tbsp
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
  • Iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

How to make it

Step 1

Season lamb with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine breadcrumbs and grated cheddar cheese.

Step 3

Dip lamb chops in egg then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Step 4

Pan-fry in oil until light golden brown. Serve with blanched lettuce.
