Lamb BBQ San Choy Bau

A delicious dish you’ll probably eat three days in a row. It’s that good.

Ingredients

  • 4 sticks
  • MONTEREY LAMB BARBECUE
  • 2 tsp
  • Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp
  • Grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup
  • Sliced shallots
  • 2 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup
  • Chinese togue
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Extra Hoisin sauce for serving

How to make it

Step 1

Remove meat pieces from skewers and set aside.

Step 2

Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and shallots.

Step 3

Add lamb and cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add hoisin sauce.

Step 4

Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves and Chinese togue. Drizzle with extra hoisin sauce if desired.
