Remove meat pieces from skewers and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and shallots.
Add lamb and cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add hoisin sauce.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves and Chinese togue. Drizzle with extra hoisin sauce if desired.
