Grilled Lambs Chop in Adobo Marinade

This addictive, scrumptious dish is perfect if you’re wanting to level up your Adobo.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg
  • MONTEREY LAMB CHOPS, 3/4
  • 2 tbsp
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
  • Iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
  • MARINADE:
  • 1/2 tbsp
  • Dry red wine
  • 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup
  • Cane vinegar
  • 4 tsp
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp
  • Iodized fine salt
  • 1/2 cup
  • Water

How to make it

Step 1

Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl except oil. Add lamb chops and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Strain lamb chops and reserve marinade. Set aside.

Step 3

In a saucepan, add oil to marinade then boil until reduced. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 4

Grill chops for 4 minutes per side. Serve chops with sauce on the side.
