Grecian Ribs

It's hard to resist another serving of these crusty and herby beef ribs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp
  • Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped mint
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 kg
  • MONTEREY BEEF SHORT RIBS
  • Iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 1/4 cup
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL

How to make it

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400°F. STEP 2: Mix oregano, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, mint and lemon zest and set aside.

Step 3

Season ribs with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil and rub with spice mixture. Pan fry in oil until meat turns brown.

Step 4

Roast in oven for at least 45 minutes to an hour or until juices run clear.
