Chicken Pochero

Go na go sa Pochero! Kaysarap ng Tomato-based dish na 'to lalo na't kapag fresh ang ingredients mo mumsh!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack
  • MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY TOMATO
  • 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 cup
  • Water
  • 1 pack (155g)
  • Chick peas (Garbanzos), drained
  • 1 pc
  • Potato, peeled then quartered
  • 1/2 head
  • Carrot, peeled then sliced
  • 1 bundle
  • Baguio Beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 bunch
  • Pechay
  • 2 pcs
  • Semi-riped banana (Saba), sliced
  • 1/4 tbsp
  • Fish sauce (Patis)

How to make it

Step 1

In a pot, brown MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY TOMATO in hot oil. Completely thaw the product before cooking.

Step 2

Pour water. Cover and let simmer for 12 minutes.

Step 3

Add garbanzos, saba and potato.

Step 4

Simmer covered for another 10 minutes then add cabbage, baguio beans and pechay. Cook just until the vegetables turn bright in color.

Step 5

Add fish sauce (patis) to taste.
