  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL
  • 1/2 kg
  • MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CHOICE CUT BREAST
  • Salt
  • pinch
  • Pepper
  • 3 cloves
  • Garlic
  • 2 tbsp
  • MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, salted
  • 2 tbsp
  • Calamansi juice
  • 1 pack
  • WANDAH ALL AROUND CREAM MIX, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp
  • Chopped capers
  • Chopped parsley

How to make it

Step 1

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in oil.

Step 2

Add butter, garlic, calamansi and let it cook for a minute.

Step 3

Add cream and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add capers and top with parsley before serving.
