Beef Sirloin with Herbed Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 (150 g each) pc
  • MONTEREY BEEF SIRLOIN
  • 1/2 tbsp
  • Iodized fine salt
  • 1/2 tbsp
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp
  • Paprika
  • 2 tbsp
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL
  • 1/4 tbsp
  • MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
  • Herbed Butter :
  • 1 (225 g) pack
  • MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, softened
  • 1 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp
  • Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp
  • Thyme
  • 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary
  • ½ tsp
  • Pepper
  • 150 g
  • PUREFOODS BACON BITS, cooked
  • Sidings and Garnishes: (optional)
  • 150 g
  • Haricovert or baguio beans, cooked
  • 9 pc
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 2 cup
  • Mashed potatoes, seasoned
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

How to make it

Step 1

Mix butter, parsley, cilantro, thyme, rosemary, pepper and bacon. Transfer to a cling wrap, roll and make a log. Secure both ends by twisting the cling wrap. Put in the freezer to set.

Step 2

Heat oil and butter on a pan over high heat.

Step 3

Season beef with salt, pepper and paprika then brown beef about 1/2 minute on each side for medium rare doneness.

Step 4

Slice 3 inches of the compound butter and place on top of beef while hot. Serve with desired sidings and garnishes.
