Asian Chili Beef

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI
  • 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • Iodized fine salt
  • 1/4 cup
  • MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
  • 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup
  • Basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup
  • Wansoy leaves

How to make it

Step 1

Marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce, coconut milk, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes then drain beef from marinade. Reserve marinade.

Step 2

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Sauté garlic then add beef. Stir-fry until brown. Add marinade, basil and wansoy leaves. Cook for another 3 minutes. Serve.
