Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY PORK KASIM
  • 1/2 kg
  • MONTEREY FRESH CHICKEN, chopped
  • 3 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pc
  • Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp
  • Worcesterschire sauce
  • 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup
  • Vinegar (paombong)
  • 2 cups
  • Water

How to make it

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

Step 2

Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.

Step 3

Reduce heat to medium and let simmer, covered for 45 minutes.

Step 4

Remove cover and cook for another 5 minutes for sauce to reduce and thicken.
