Sloppy Joe Cups

Ingredients

8 slices Loaf bread
3 tbsps Magnolia Gold Butter
2 tsps Minced garlic
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ kilo Monterey ground beef
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps Soy sauce
¼ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Chopped green onions
¼ cup Corn kernels
1 cup Grated Magnolia Quickmelt cheese

Procedure

      Preheat oven to 300F. Place each slice fo bread on a muffin pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is dry and crisp. Set aside. In a saucepan, heat butter. Sauté garlic and onions, then add beef. Cook until color changes into a light brown then season with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and salt. Let simmer for 2 minutes then add green onions and corn kernels. Mix well, remove from heat and set aside.

Pour in ¼ cup of beef mixture into each bread cup. Top with grated cheese then bake at 350F for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve. Makes 8 servings.
