ASIAN CHILI BEEF

Ingredients

½ kilo MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Coconut milk
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. Chili garlic sauce
½ tsp. Salt
¼ cup Magnolia Nutri-oil
1 tsp. Chopped garlic
½ cup Fresh basil
½ cup Fresh coriander (wansoy) leaves

Procedure

      Marinate Monterey Beef Sukiyaki in Worcestershire sauce, coconut milk, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce and salt.  Set aside for 15 minutes.  Heat Magnolia Nutri-oil in a wok at high setting.  When oil is hot, saute garlic and add Monterey Beef Sukiyaki (drained of marinade) and stir-fry until brown.  Add the marinade, basil and coriander leaves.  Cook for another 3 minutes.  Serve hot over rice.
           
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
