Pork Ribs with Tausi
1 kg MONTEREY PORK RIBS, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp fried garlic
4 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp hot soy bean paste
1/2 cup sauteed black tausi*
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
1/2 cup cornstarch
- Wash pork ribs in tap water then drain.
- Toss pork with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl except green peppers.
- Prepare steamer. Arrange pork ribs mixture into soy dishes and top with green pepper strips. Steam for 40 minutes. Serve.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
