SPICED PORK PATTIES


Ingredients

1 kilo MONTEREY GROUND PORK
1 cup yogurt
4 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp coriander, ground
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp

cardamom to taste

  salt

Procedure

Mix all ingredients together by hand or with an electric mixer. Fry a small piece in vegetable oil and adjust seasoning if necessary. Form the meat into sausage shape patties and thread onto oiled, stainless metal skewers. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

Grill over coals until crisp on the outside and moist on the inside.
