HONEY PORK

Ingredients

1 kilo Monterey Pork Cutlets
   
marinade:
½ cup honey
½ cup chicken stock
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup rice wine
1 tsp five spice powder
1 tsp white ground pepper
Magnolia Nutri Oil


 

Procedure

For the marinade, combine all ingredients and mix very well. pour over meat pieces and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Cut meat into strips and fry in hot oil until done.      

*may be served together with sautéed vegetables or rice.
