Pork Barbecue Sandwich

Ingredients

½ kg. MONTEREY PORK SHOULDER (KASIM), thinly sliced
1 cup Lime soda (Sprite or 7-Up)
¼ cup Tomato catsup
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Salt
4 pc Mini Baguette
½ cup Roasted bell pepper strips

Procedure

      Marinate pork in soda, catsup, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, pepper and salt for at least 2 hours. Drain and pan fry. Meanwhile, toast the mini baguette. Arrange cooked meat pieces onto split side of baguette and top with bell peppers. Cover with bread and serve.
