Lamb BBQ San Choy Bau


Ingredients

4 sticks MONTEREY LAMB BARBECUE
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp ginger, grated
½ cup shallots, sliced
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 cup Chinese togue
iceberg lettuce cups
hoisin sauce, extra to serve

Procedure

Remove meat pieces from skewers and set aside. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and shallots. Add Lamb barbecue pieces and cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add hoisin sauce. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves and Chinese togue. You may drizzle extra hoisin sauce on top.
