SLOW COOKED LAMB WITH BEANS


Ingredients

1 kilo MONTEREY LAMB CUBES
1 tbsp Magnolia Nutri Oil
2 pcs large white onions, quartered
5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 cups white beans, soaked overnight
1 cup beef  broth
1 cup white wine
3 sprigs fresh rosemary or 2 tbsp dried to taste
  salt
3 tbsp chopped parsley

Procedure

Heat oil in pan and add the Lamb Cubes. Cook until lightly golden brown. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions become translucent. Add beans and broth. Allow to boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until beans and meat are tender. Add white wine and allow the liquid to reduce half the amount. Drop in rosemary. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
