Irish Pork Chop
Ingredients
3 kilos Monterey French Pork Chop
5 pieces sliced onion
1 cup Worcestershire saue
1 t sage
1 T cracked pepper
3 pc. Bay leaf
½ t nutmeg
1/8 t rosemary
4 cups Magnolia Chicken stock
3 T butter
Salt to taste
Procedure
1. Saute on low heat butter and onion and slowly cook until light gold.
2. Add pork chops and lightly brown.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce, sage bay leaf, nutmeg, rosemary and pepper.
4. Continue browning.
5. Add stock and simmer until tender.
6. Add salt to taste.
