HAMBURGER STEAK


Ingredients

1 pack MONTEREY BEEF BURGER PATTIES
2 tbsp. DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup Fresh mushrooms, assorted, sliced
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
  Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Procedure

To prepare burger patties, adhere 2 pieces of patties together to make it thicker. In a frying pan, melt margarine and fry burger patties until done. Set aside. In the same frying pan, add olive oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms. Cook until tender. Place the cooked mushroom on top of each pattie.
