Beef Fried Rice
Ingredients
¼ cup Magnolia Gold Butter
¼ cup oil
1 T chopped garlic
1 carrot, chopped
1 onion chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
1 cup spring onions, chopped
3 T rice wine
3 T soy sauce
1 T sugar
1 t salt
½ t white pepper
8 cups cold, cooked rice
6 eggs
Procedure
1. Heat Magnolia Gold Butter. Saute garlic. Add in onions, carrots and spring onions and celery.
2. Season with rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
3. Add in rice and eggs.
4. Mix very well. Set aside. Prepare the beef topping.
Beef Topping Ingredients:
¼ cup Magnolia Gold Butter
1 T chopped garlic
½ kilo Monterey Beef sirloin, ground
¼ cup rice wine
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sugar
½ t white pepper
Procedure
1. Heat butter, saute garlic. Add in Monterey Ground Beef.
2. Season with rice wine, soy sauce, sugar and white pepper.
3. Cook until beef is done.
4. Remove from heat and put on top of prepared fried rice.
